A workspace is where your brands live, and it can hold more than one person. Invite colleagues, give each a role, and everyone sees the same brands, the same answers and the same history.
Seats
A seat is a person in the workspace: the owner, plus everyone invited or active.
| Plan | Seats |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Plus | 2 |
| Pro | 3 |
| Agency | 10 |
A Pro trial has one seat; converting to Pro brings it to three. See plans and limits.

In a sentence each: admins add brands and manage people, billing and settings; editors change the questions, facts and actions on brands already there; viewers see everything and change nothing.
The owner is the person who created the workspace. They have everything an admin has, and can't be removed or demoted.
The Team page shows the same table, with green ticks, so nobody has to guess what a role can do.
Inviting someone
Go to Settings › Team, enter their email and choose a role. They get a brandflare email saying who invited them, into which workspace and with what role. The link works for 30 days.
From the same page, an admin can change a person's role, remove them, or revoke an invitation that hasn't been accepted. The page shows each member's photo and name, including people who've been invited and haven't signed in yet.
Naming the workspace
An owner or admin can give the workspace a name and an icon under Settings › Workspace. Both sit at the top of the sidebar, so it's always clear whose workspace you're in, which matters most to people who belong to more than one. The same page holds the workspace's default market.
What's personal, not shared
Some things belong to the person rather than the workspace, and live under Profile:
- Personal: your photo, name and sign-in email.
- Security: set or change a password, see your connected accounts, and sign out any device that's signed in.
- Alerts: which brands email you, and how often. Each person chooses their own, and the emails go to their own address.
Support requests across a team
Owners and admins see every support request from their workspace, so a billing question a colleague already asked isn't asked twice. Editors and viewers see their own.
Who should be what
- Admin: whoever holds the budget and whoever runs the account day to day. Two is healthier than one, for holidays.
- Editor: the people doing the work. Content and PR leads who'll tune questions, keep the fact sheet true and work through claims and recommendations.
- Viewer: stakeholders who want to look and shouldn't be able to change the yardstick. For an agency, this is the right role for a client who wants a login; for clients who don't, send the Export Report instead.
