- How soon do I see results?
- Your first check runs within an hour of adding a brand, and you'll have a score the same day. Trends need about two weeks of history to mean anything.
- What counts as a question?
- A question is one thing a buyer might ask an AI assistant — “best noise-cancelling headphones”, for example. We write them for you when you add a brand, and you can edit them.
- Do you only track questions that name my brand?
- The opposite. Most of your questions deliberately don't name you, because being named when you weren't asked for is the whole point. Questions that name your brand are excluded from your score.
- My brand is small. Is this worth it?
- Scores are relative to your category, not to Apple. A small brand that AI names on its niche questions scores well.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, yourself, from Plans & billing — no email, no notice period. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and after that the account stays open on Free with all of its history, so nothing you've measured is lost.
- Does the free trial cover everything?
- Yes, all of Pro for 14 days, on one brand. When the trial converts you can track three. A card is needed to start and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- What if I need more than 5 brands?
- On Agency you can add brands one at a time for $69 a month each, from Plans & billing. For SSO or custom terms, that's Enterprise: get in touch and we'll size it with you.
- Can I track a brand in more than one country?
- Yes, on Pro and Agency. Every brand is checked as someone in its home market would ask. Add up to 4 more countries per brand for $49 a month each: the same questions are asked from there, so you can see where AI recommends you and where it doesn't.
- What if more of my team need logins?
- Pro comes with 3 seats and you can buy more one at a time for $69 a month each, from Plans & billing. Agency includes 10.
